How to stop procrastinating - Ebook review

Anyone that knows me, knows that I am one of the worlds largest procrastinators, so of course I had to check out this ebook.
The biggest thing that stood out for me, is to make a listed timeline of what you are to do, and what needs to be done when. I am the type of person, that if I don't write it down, it doesn't get done, so this really hit a high point with me.
Another is that you need to put the most important things at the top of the list, nit just thrown in their where ever they may be convenient. I don't want to tell everything about this book, because I do feel that you need to go purchase it, and read it for yourself. :)  It is a great read for anyone, even if you aren't a procrastinator.

Roots only - product review

I received this product, the Roots only applicator comb, and at first glance, i thought, there is no way this thing is going to work, and to an extent, I was correct. This bottle applicator does have its advantages, you can focus right on the roots, and get just the right amount in, however it didn't distribute out of the comb area evenly, which meant I still had to use my hands.
Overall, it has a great concept, however I think I could still do the same thing with the bottle that comes in the hair dye box.

Prefense Non-Alcohol 24 hour Hand Sanitizer - Product review

Okay, so I have to admit, that when i first read and received this item, I was skeptical. I use hand sanitize about 100 times a day, because none of it seems to last very long, however once I used this product, I realized it really does work.
I used the hand sanitizer after i showered first thing in the morning, and I proceeded to go on with my daily routine. As the day went on, I had washed my hands probably 10 times, and it still felt as if the product was still there. You may be thinking, well if I can feel it then that's not a good thing, but it wasn't that kind of feeling. It was a clean feeling. A I don't have to sanitize every 15 minutes kind of clean feeling.

I even let my children use the product, and they liked it as well. They really like that it didn't burn and smell like alcohol after they used it. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who uses hand sanitizer and doesn't want to live with germs.

I would like to mention that my readers can purchase Prefense products directly on their website: Prefense products at a great price compared to other retailers. Or you can purchase Prefense on Amazon here. This is a nice option for those who use Amazon perks like "Free Super Saver Shipping" or "Amazon Prime." As of August 2nd they have put their NEW and FIRST EVER combo pack in the store on their website! The combo pack includes a container of hand wipes and a 1.5oz bottle all for just $7.99! Considering both of those items are $6.99 each, this combo pack is 'buy one, get one for a buck' pricing!

On their website, they state that:

Why our hand sanitizer is superior to others on the market!

    •    No alcohol! Prefense is made of all-natural ingredients and has absolutely NO alcohol in it!
    •    Our technology protects you for 24 hours or 10 hand washings!
    •    Prefense is non-toxic and safe for kids! It will not hurt you if swallowed!
    •    Prefense is silica based which means it doesn’t dry out your hands like traditional alcohol sanitizers.  It actually smooths and softens your hands. You can totally see this when you apply it!
    •    Prefense protects against staph, strep, E.coli, drug resistant MRSA strains, and more. We fight germs that other hand sanitizers can’t.
    •    Because “one spray lasts all day” our 1.5 oz Prefense Foaming Hand Sanitizer offers 120 applications, costing only $.08 per day, compared to $1.20 per day with alcohol hand sanitizers.

An Alphabet Trip to the Limerick Zoo---Product review

This was great, and my children loved it. And your child will as well. The full color illustrations  as all of the charming limerick poems, and interesting facts about animals was amazing. My children laughed the entire time as they scanned through the facts and different illustrations. The graphics were way better than I expected them to be.
The different animals were great, and my children had an amazing time reading this.

Care for Creation - Book review

Reviewed by my 12 & 9 y/o daughters, myself, and my 9 y/o son: The book "Care for creation", is a great read for parents and kids alike. In the writing, you can learn ways to help yourselves and the environment around you, but in a kid friendly way.In all honesty, we all feel that this book is a GREAT concept. My family is always looking for ways to better ourselves and our planet, so that when my children grow up and have children of their own, that the heart will still be inhabitable, and this book is a great way for parents and teachers to show children how to do things to protect ourselves and our environment. My children loved the artwork, and were actually looking for more ways to recycle and take care of things around our home after reading this. I would definitely recommend this book, to anyone.

Slippery Willie's Stupid, Ugly Shoes - Review

This book was reviewed by my 12 y/o and 9 y/o daughters and my 9 y/o son. They felt that the beginning was a little repetitive, and that the plot was a "little weird". They all three seemed to think that the shoes were way too weird, in that even if he had super slippery feet, that the shoes would not look like giant robot shoes.

In my opinion, I thought that the read had great intentions. The overall theory of the book is a great idea. We were all kids once, and we all at one time, were probably made fun of because we were different, so this book has a great idea behind it. However I do have to agree with my children, when they say that it seems a little repetitive in the beginning. Overall a good read though.

Slippery Willie Synopsis:
Willie Wiggles hates his slippery feet. He just slips, slides and spins all over the place. But what he hates even more are the special shoes that have been made for him that will help him to walk just like all the other kids. Willie thinks that they are the "stupidest, ugliest shoes in the whole world."

Discover how sometimes we worry about things about ourselves when actually there is nothing to worry about in the first place.
